De brukar komma i rullar om 50st eller 100st. Du skulle kunna fråga på ett bageri eller liknande om du kan få köpa en rulle. Speciellt så här i semlatider borde de vara relativt lätta att få tag på. Jag köper mina direkt från grossistföretag. Jag har inte märkt någon större skillnad på dem heller. Jag har aldrig fått en frosting med cream cheese som blivit hård, bara man vispar den ordentligt med elvisp så blir den mjuk och luftig. Det brukar tvärtom bli lite för rinnigt när man tillsätter florsockret. Ostsmaken tycker jag också försvinner med florsocker. Syrligheten kommer ju alltid vara kvar, det är ju därför man använder cream cheese, annars kan man lika gärna göra vanlig smörkräm.
